The map on this page shows by default all the needs and offers stored in our database.
Try using another browser if you don't see any marker. Tests have been successfull with Chrome and Firefox, but not with Internet Explorer.
Get in contact with us (resourcesmap.contact@gmail.com) if you face any problem.
Click on a marker to obtain information about what is being offered or needed on that location.
"N/A" means that the information is not available.
You may filter the markers that are presented by using the text fields, options and checkboxes on the right.
You may use the field "Search in descriptions" in order to look for specific words in entries's descriptions.
"Category" means what type of thing being offered or needed. Examples: medicines, bicycles, books.
"Kind" means either need or offer.
The entries that are shown have a time overlap with the time interval defined by "From" and "Until".
"-" means not defined ("Category", "Kind") or unlimited ("From", "Until").
Click on the button "New entry" on top in order to add your own need or offer to the system.
Give the ID and the code of an entry and click on "Delete" to erase this entry.
Some use cases:
- Announce something you want to donate or to sell
- Announce a wish or a need of yours
- Offer jobs
- Look for a job
- Announce that your institution need volunteers for a task
- Volunteer for helping your community
- Make a protest in case your community doesn't have enough policing or enough medical care, etc
- Visualize where in the world there is plenty of a resource and where there is lack of it
